How do I place an order?
To place an order:
1. Add all desired items to your shopping cart.
2. Choose the payment method via our website or PayPal:
·Website checkout: Click the green “Checkout” button on the right side of the screen.
·PayPal: Click the PayPal button to continue.
3. You will be redirected to our “Customer Information” page. Please enter the following information:
·Email address
·Name
·Address
4. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side and click “Apply” to activate the discount.
5. Click “Continue to shipping”. Check that the delivery address is entered correctly (if different from the billing address). Then click “Continue to payment”.
6. Enter your payment information. You can indicate that the billing and delivery address are the same if applicable.
7. Click “Complete order”. You will receive an overview of your order on the screen as well as a confirmation by email.

What should I do if items are missing or delivered incorrectly?
Please contact us at service@sdfdod.com. Provide your order number (Order #) and send proof (image file max. 1 MB). We will send you the correct item at no additional cost and will not request the incorrectly delivered item to be returned – keep it as a gift from us.
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and the details of your purchase.
I want to change my order. What should I do?
Changes are only possible on the day of the order until 23:00 PDT (-7 GMT). Please contact us at service@sdfdod.com to request changes.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
1. Go to the page of the desired item and select the desired options.
2. Click “Add to cart” to be redirected to the shopping cart.
3. Enter the desired quantity in the “Quantity:” field next to the product image. After that, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
How do I see what is in my shopping cart?
Click the shopping cart icon at the top of the website. There you can change the quantity of individual items or remove items by clicking “Remove”.
How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
1. Click the shopping cart icon at the top right.
2. Find the item to be removed and click “Remove”. The page will update automatically.
How do I change the quantity of an item in my shopping cart?
1. Click the shopping cart icon at the top right.
2. Change the number in the “Quantity” field for the corresponding item. The total amount will update automatically.

How do I pay with PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest way to pay online. After adding items to the shopping cart, click “PayPal”. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Please enter the correct payment information.

1. Select the item and click the green “Checkout” button.
2. Enter the required information on the customer information page.
3. Enter the code in the “Discount” field (top right) and click “Apply”.
4. Check that the discount has been correctly applied to the order summary.

What is your cancellation policy?
