Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase (“Terms of Purchase”) govern your purchases of products and services through www.sdfdod.com (the “Company Sites” or the “Sites”). The Company Sites are operated by www.sdfdod.com (the “Company”). Your use of the Company Sites is also subject to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE CAREFULLY, together with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice, and other policies or agreements referenced in these Terms of Purchase, before purchasing or using products or services through the Company Sites. By purchasing or using products or services through the Company Sites, you agree to these Terms of Purchase, including, but not limited to, the arbitration agreement and waiver of class actions, as described in the “Dispute Resolution” section below.
GENERAL
These Terms of Purchase constitute a valid, binding agreement between you and the Company and are enforceable in accordance with their terms. You represent that you:
1. are at least 18 years old,
2. have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and
3. are not a person prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
You agree to purchase and use the products and services available through the Company Sites in strict compliance with these Terms of Purchase and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (collectively, “Laws”). You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to your purchase, including the laws of the destination to which the products are delivered. All calls, emails, and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded.
PRIVACY NOTICE
A copy of the Privacy Notice, which governs the collection, use, disclosure, and other processing of personal data by the Company, is available at www.sdfdod.com. You agree that all personal data we receive about you (through the Company Sites, email, phone, or other communication channels) will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Notice. The Company may update the Privacy Notice at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be posted on www.sdfdod.com. Your continued use of the Sites after changes to the Privacy Notice constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Order Processing
The Company may, at its sole discretion, decide not to process or to cancel an order. This may occur, for example, if:
·the desired product or service is not in stock or has been incorrectly priced,
·we suspect a fraudulent request, or
·other circumstances exist that the Company deems appropriate at its sole discretion.
The Company also reserves the right to take steps to verify your identity in order to process the order. Orders that are not processed or are canceled will not be charged, or any amounts already charged will be refunded.
The Company reserves the right at any time to:
1. withdraw offers,
2. correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions,
3. change prices, content, special offers, product descriptions, or other information—even after an order has been submitted, confirmed, shipped, or received, unless prohibited by law—without separate notice.
Product and Service Descriptions
The Company strives to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the Company Sites. However, it does not guarantee that such descriptions are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product or service is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item in accordance with these Terms of Purchase.
The Company Sites may offer a “quick view” feature that allows you to view product information and add items to your cart without opening the product page. This feature is provided for your convenience only. Detailed information about a product, its origin, features, and prices can be found on the respective product page.
Pricing Information
The Company strives for accurate pricing on the Company Sites. However, pricing errors may occur. The Company reserves the right not to process or to cancel orders for products or services displayed at an incorrect price. In such cases, you will be notified by email. The Company also reserves the right to correct errors in the stated sale price.
Availability of Products and Services
The Company Sites may contain information regarding the availability of goods to estimate whether an item can be shipped immediately after ordering. The estimated delivery time is approximately 30 days or less after successful payment, but may vary due to product shortages, adverse weather conditions, transit times of the shipping carrier, destination address, and other factors.
The Company cannot guarantee that an item marked as “in stock” will be shipped immediately, as inventory levels may change daily. If a product is available at the time of order but becomes out of stock before processing, the Company will notify you by email. Out-of-stock services are generally no longer available. Unavailable items will be canceled from your order, and you will be informed by email.

In addition to the general disclaimers in the Terms of Use, the following applies to products and services purchased through the Company Sites:
1. There may be no manufacturer warranties, even if available elsewhere.
2. There may be no service or support options.
3. Manuals, instructions, or safety information may not be available in your language or in the languages of the destination.
4. Products may not conform to the standards, specifications, or labeling requirements of your country.
5. Products may not comply with the voltage or electrical standards of your country (an adapter or transformer may be required).
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product meets your needs and can be legally imported into your country.
Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees imposed in the destination country for the delivered products, including, but not limited to, sales tax, value-added tax, or customs duties.
