Return Policy

At sdfdod.com, we place the highest importance on the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 180 days in its original condition. The tag must still be attached. After receiving the return, you will either receive a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days or have the option of an exchange.

1. Request a return

Please send an email to service@sdfdod.com
with a request to return or exchange your purchase.

2. Packaging

Pack the items you wish to return securely and include the invoice.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please follow the guidelines of USPS, UPS, or FedEx and package your items securely.

3. Shipping

Attach the printed shipping label clearly to the package and seal it carefully. Make sure to cover or remove any previous shipping labels. Drop off the package at the nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.

4. Exchange, store credit, or refund

Once we receive your package, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.

Regular price items: Eligible for exchange, store credit, or full refund within 7 days of receipt.

Sale / promotional items: Eligible for exchange or store credit, unless explicitly marked as final sale.
